Delivery time and shipping costs

After you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. This includes your order number that you can use to request the status of your order. If your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive another email with more information about your order. To be sure, also check your spam box, because the confirmation email may have accidentally ended up there. Do you not receive an email after a working day and have you also checked your spam box? please contact us as soon as possible.

ABC Party Delivery Service

Orders within the Netherlands that have been placed with ABCParty before 5:00 PM will be delivered the next working day (with the exception of the Wadden Islands because it simply has to be transported by boat, which means there is a good chance that orders can arrive delayed). Orders are delivered safely and quickly by PostNL delivery drivers. Do you spend more than €50 euros in our webshop? then your order will also be shipped free of charge within the Netherlands.

Discreetly and anonymously packaged

Our products are discreetly and anonymously packaged in unrecognizable packaging so that it is unrecognizable to others. Not everyone needs to know what you order and that is why it is taken into account. The only thing on the outside of the package is your delivery address.

Delivery of your orders

In order to receive your order, you must be at home on the day of delivery. In most cases if you are not at home, your order will be delivered again several times (this does depend on the carrier). If you are not at home, the delivery person will first try to deliver your order to the neighbors. If you are not yet at home for some reason, your package will be taken to a nearest collection point. In all cases, the delivery person will keep you informed where your package is by means of a note in the mailbox. ABCParty guarantees delivery up to the collection point, after which you are responsible for picking up the order. In general, delivery takes place daily from Tuesday to Saturday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.Because we are dependent on the carrier, we cannot guarantee you exactly how your order will arrive.

Shipping and shipping costs to different countries

Inside Netherlands you can choose between the following delivery options:

• Letterbox package with track and trace where you can track your order.
  • The cost of this is: €4.75. If your order exceeds €50 euros, your order will be shipped free of charge within the Netherlands.

Inside Belgium you can choose between the following delivery options:

• Letterbox package with track and trace where you can track your order.
  • The cost of this is: €9.95. If your order exceeds €100 euros, your order will be shipped free of charge within Belgium.
