Exchange and returns

It may occasionally happen that you want to return a product because it may not meet your expectations. Whatever the reason for this, you have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. As soon as you meet our return conditions, you will receive a refund of the full order amount including shipping costs within 14 days. Only the costs for returns are at your own expense.

We try to describe our products as accurately as possible with text and images so that you can order the right products. However, some materials may show slight abnormalities. Please note that the color of the displayed product is also affected by your monitor settings.

It is good to report that sealed products with a limited shelf life (hygiene, custom products, etc.) that have been open cannot be returned. You can always contact us for questions about our products. Check below if you are eligible for a return:

 

Exchange order

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange the ordered products. You can order completely according to our right of withdrawal return and reorder the products yourself in our webshop. View our return conditions below.

 

Return order

We will do our best to process returns within 14 days. Returns must meet the conditions below. Do these not meet the conditions below? Then this will be refused and we will be inclined to return it to the buyer. The costs of this are at your own expense.

 

Conditions of your return shipment

  • Make sure that the products are returned to us unused, sealed, in the original box, properly packaged and within 14 working days.
  • Make sure that there is no damage to the original packaging and that the original packaging is sealed provided the limited shelf life (hygiene, custom products, etc.) products goes.
  • If the product or packaging arrives to us damaged, we are inclined to reduce its value. Therefore, treat our products with care.
  • Since we do not have a collection location, it is not possible to return returns ourselves.
  • Register via the registration form below so that we can easily process your return shipment. Unnotified returns will not be processed and will be returned. The costs of this are again at your own expense. Therefore, register easily and quickly below!
