Right of withdrawal

You have the right to assert your right of withdrawal within the legal period of 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You may remove or use the products from the shipping box to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and operation. If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, you will have to handle the products carefully and return them to ABCParty in their original condition and packaging. Exception to shelf-life and hygiene products

Unfortunately, products that you purchase via ABCParty with a limited shelf life (hygiene, custom products, etc.) cannot be returned, the seal of which is broken after delivery. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to these products. After payment is successfully completed, the sale is considered final. This is expressly stated in the offer.
